Once more around the brain....

So mid-way through another week, I've only spent one night tearing my hair out. I figure that's a good week. I'll see how tonight goes, tomorrow I have Karate, and may go to Kata on Friday morning so that will give me some focus.

I've figured out I spend WAY too much time alone. I spent about all but 8 hours completely alone from Friday 7/22 through Tuesday 7/26 at about 6:30 PM. The longer I'm isolated the more resentment seems to build. I imagine I'd make a good Arch-villian, or some other *Rovian* Evil Genius. But use my powers to destroy all that I consider evil, more on that later....
